The Company
My client, a UK-based property consultancy firm with a strong focus on the rural, residential, and commercial sectors, particularly across East Anglia and the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, is looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join the team in the Norwich office.
The successful candidate will have excellent career development opportunities, and be involved in all aspects of Planning, working as part of the larger team, and leading your own projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across sectors and learn from sector-leading professionals.
The Position as a Town Planner
The position as a Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and in a team.
