Domestic Appliance Engineer - Multiple Locations Nationwide Field Services This is a full-time, field-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Location: Nationwide (Various Locations) Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) What Our Client Offers Industry-leading engineer bonus scheme (after probation). Their core business is repairing white goods appliances for a diverse customer base, including private consumers, letting agents, housing associations, and insurance companies. About the Role As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be the face of the UK's most respected appliance repair brand. You will visit customer properties to diagnose and repair various types of appliances. With a reputation for excellence, our client prides itself on delivering top-tier customer service, and as an engineer, you'll play a key role in upholding that standard. Visiting customers' homes and properties to diagnose and fix issues. Delivering excellent customer service to uphold the company's strong reputation. Managing your workload efficiently with well-planned daily schedules. Utilizing bespoke software systems to handle repair information and administrative tasks.What We Look For A proactive, self-driven individual who loves to solve problems. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. An attention to detail and a desire to get repairs right the first time. Basic computer literacy to handle job and repair data.
