Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer ready to step into a leadership role? I have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Design professional to join a Multinational energy and services provider. This will be a leadership role, working on cutting-edge distributed generation and renewable energy projects. From concept design to handover, you'll collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of HV/LV connections for PV plants Provide technical support from project initiation through commissioning Conduct site surveys and installation quality checks Collaborate with engineers across various teams and disciplines What We're Looking For: 5+ years' experience in HV/LV distribution power systems, preferably in renewable energy Strong knowledge of UK grid connection standards (G99, G100) Proficiency in AutoCAD and cable sizing software Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Additional Skills: Experience with solar PV systems and battery energy storage systems Knowledge of British Standards, electrical design, and control systems Ability to work on-site as needed If you're interested, please click apply, attach and send a copy of your CV and a consultant will be in touch
