Steer Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Markham Vale site in Chesterfield as a Vehicle Valeter. ​ About the Job As a Vehicle Valeter with Steer, your main role will be ensuring customer vehicles are cleaned inside and out to the industry standard prior to them been returned to the customer, including completing mini and full valets as required. You will also be responsible for ensuring the yard is kept clean, tidy and organised, and ensure health and safety procedures and guidelines are followed at all times. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings when required. ​ About You You will have previous experience in vehicle valeting and polishing. You will be able to: * Plan your workload effectively * Work skilfully and safely under pressure * Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision * Be flexible in your approach * Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind * You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy * Valid Driving Licence (ideally clean) If you want to take your career to the next step with a successful and growing automotive repair business, apply today
