Electrician

Mobile Electrician - North Lanarkshire - Salary up to £39,000 DOE CBW are looking for a Mobile Electrician to carry out maintenance and reactive work for a leading facilities provider. The role will be based from Bellshill but you will be required to provide cover for sites in Perth, Dundee & Inverness. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time. Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works. Update customers CAFM system in real time. Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance. Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtime. Person Specification: A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential. 18th Edition or equivalent qualification. Trade qualified Electrician with at post apprenticeship experience. Must have a full clean drivers licence. Legionella awareness (preferable training can be provided). Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Able to work as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to change. Must be available to participate in an out of hours standby rota.
