Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Iver
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (OTE £60,000) with commission ranging from 5-10%, depending on sales and take-ons (experience dependent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays 10:00 AM 4:00 PM. Bank Holidays: OFF

We are seeking a driven and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Iver Branch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of residential sales
  • Conducting team meetings and ensuring compliance with company standards and current legislation
  • Identifying buyers and sellers, securing viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
  • Conducting canvassing, property viewings, and negotiations
  • Managing sales progression, liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
  • Securing offers and maximizing value streams
  • Preparing market reports and conducting property valuations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent estate agency experience
  • 2-3 years at Senior Negotiator level
  • Proven knowledge of sales progression, valuations, and residential sales legislation
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the ALTO system (preferred)
  • Fluency in another language (Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu) is advantageous to serve the diverse clientele
  • General knowledge of the Iver area
  • A valid UK driving license and own transport
