Job Title : Large Format Print Finisher Location : Letchworth Garden City, UK Job Type : Full-time, Permanent About Us : We are a premier shopfitting company that specialises in creating high-quality retail displays for some of the worlds most prestigious luxury brands. Our team delivers outstanding craftsmanship and innovative solutions to meet the unique requirements of our clients. We are looking for a skilled Large Format Print Finisher to join our growing team and play a critical role in producing stunning visual elements for luxury retail spaces. Key Responsibilities : Prepare, finish, and install large format printed materials such as banners, vinyl, and displays for retail fit-outs. Laminate, mount, trim, and cut prints to exact specifications ensuring a flawless finish. Operate finishing machinery, including guillotines, laminators, and vinyl cutters. Perform accurate measurements and quality control checks to ensure high-quality finishes. Work with a variety of substrates, including foamex, dibond, acrylics, and PVC to produce bespoke displays. Assist with packaging, wrapping, and preparing products for transportation or installation. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of finished products. Adhere to health and safety standards in a fast-paced workshop environment. Skills & Experience : Previous experience in large format print finishing, preferably within a retail or shopfitting environment. Proficiency with print finishing machinery and equipment, including guillotines, laminators, vinyl cutters, and mounting tools. Experience working with a variety of substrates (foamex, dibond, acrylic, PVC, etc.). High attention to detail and ability to meet precise client specifications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience working on high-end, luxury retail projects is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Qualifications : Relevant qualifications in print finishing or large format printing are desirable, but not essential. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
