Our new Bristol location is the perfect opportunity for a motivated Store Manager to join our team and play a key role in our success. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue. * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing storage solutions. * Oversee staff training and development, creating a positive team environment. * Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor performance metrics and report on store performance. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in retail or sales management, preferably in self-storage or a similar industry. * A strong customer focus with a proven track record in driving sales. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. * A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
