With over 400 employees globally, we’re a young company with some established brands and serious investment behind us.About the roleThe AdOps Executive is responsible for the successful delivery, managing and reporting of all ad campaigns that run across Footballco’s portfolio of websites. You will be responsible for the setting up, monitoring, and analysing campaign performance, across display, video and app. This role will need to handle multiple traffic-related requests from different teams internally so attention to detail and organisational skills are imperative. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with an aptitude for new technologies and keen to learn.What you will be doing:Work with various internal departments to implement and oversee the delivery of ad campaigns across display, video and appTest, traffic and troubleshoot new creatives and 3rd party trackingProactively optimise campaigns at regular intervals and communicate delivery concernsProvide internal and external technical support for campaign related issuesConduct regular discrepancy checks & trouble-shoot any technical issuesDeliver campaign reports and regular metric based reporting to all areas of the businessReconcile delivery figures and handle any additional billing queriesUnderstand and follow internal processes, suggest improvements where appropriateManage and prioritise own workload, take ownership of all assigned tasks and provide output within the deadlinesIdentify and escalate issues ahead of time to help reduce financial implicationsComply with all relevant internal rules, policy and proceduresProvide support to the Head of AdOps and team in implementing programs and executing operational and organizational objectivesUndertake any other such duties or general tasks and hours of work as may reasonably be required and to work in other locations within the CompanyWhat you have:Ability to multi-taskProblem solving approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, with the ability to prioritise and efficient in time managementPositive attitude and enthusiasticSelf motivated and dynamicHigh Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliabilitySignificant proficiency in ExcelAbility to innovate and think critically to look for and drive improvements on processes and toolsExperience with Google suite of products, especially Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and SlidesDesirable:Operations experience at a publisher, media owner or ad tech vendorExperience with Google Ad Manager, familiarity with rich media tags, basic understanding of Javascripts, CSS, HTML5 and responsive designKnowledge and understanding of online advertising sales, including programmatic, mobile and appsFirm grasp of both first- and third-party ad-serving systems, troubleshooting techniques, inventory management, discrepancy resolution, and so on.Understanding of responsive design applied to website, ad slots and ad formatsExperience using debugging tools, such as Charles & FiddlerUse of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Core Web Vitals)Experience working with ADvendio or other CRM systemsFootballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
