We're ideally looking for a support engineer with a desire to become more of a specialist in Azure, Security or DevOps. You'll be sitting in the 2nd line support team to help resolve technical issues from end users. Essential criteria: • An understanding of Service desk and Microsoft suite. • A motivated and innovative team player. • Ability to problem solve and provide root cause analysis and further resolution. • Full UK driving licence.
