Working alongside a team of 3, you'll handle a spectrum of professional services, from dilapidations to party wall matters, surveys, and TDD advice. Expect a balanced workload with a project-centric approach, engaging in projects ranging from major roof refurbishments to classroom upgrades, residential home designs, and CAT A + B fit-outs, with project values ranging from £500,000 to £3 million.
We're seeking an MRICS-qualified individual with up to 1 year of PQE, passionate about generalist building surveying. Ideally, you'll bring experience from a consultancy or private practice, demonstrating proficiency in autonomously managing projects.
