This clinic is a leading destination for high-end treatments in the city.

The ideal candidate will represent the brand and values and deliver a first-class customer experience to all patients, efficiently managing client appointments and communications and ensuring the smooth operation of all front of house activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of the clinic, warmly welcoming clients in a manner that reflects the clinic’s exclusive environment. Ensure a seamless client journey from arrival to departure, upholding the clinic’s commitment to exceptional service. Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and front of house operations with meticulous attention to detail. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance front of house operations, striving to improve the overall client experience and clinic efficiency. Implement and oversee front-of-house protocols reinforcing the clinic’s reputation for exclusivity and privacy.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end environment. Proven ability to maintain and exceed the clinic’s gold-standard service levels. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. A genuine passion for the aesthetic and cosmetic surgery industry. Dedication to delivering an outstanding client experience. A proactive mindset in managing a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
