We are looking for an in-house Programme Manager (Seasonal Programme & Order Book) to play a key role within our Data, Analysis & Reporting Team. This position is responsible for ensuring the on-time, on-budget delivery of L&S’s seasons, spanning the full lifecycle of a season, from the moment a pencil is sharpened for new season designs, through to production, samples, seasonal launch, Order Book management and the eventual clearance/discontinuation of lines. If you are highly organized, confident with people, and have a good eye for detail, including financial data—and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment—then this could be the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Designing and embedding a seasonal lifecycle approach to all “live” seasons On-time, on-budget delivery of every “live” season Formulation of Seasonal lifecycle plans with deadlines understood and owned by all relevant internal and external stakeholders Reporting progress against plans across each lifecycle stage: design, production, samples, launch, orders, clearance, discontinuation Reporting progress against budget across all channels – Wholesale, Omni, Clearance Clear & concise reporting of risks and issues to delivering plans and budgets for early/proactive mitigation Independent challenge and review of Business Unit performance against plans and budgets Order Book (OB) management, including OB-issues tracking and OB-issues resolution across functions, e.g. Commercial, Merchandise, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics Facilitating system and process improvements Presenting progress to L&S Directors Qualifications / Experience: Programme/project management Business change Strong analytical Competent with financials Influencing colleagues and senior management About us... ??Holiday purchase scheme. 1 week a year to work anywhere in the world… it can be Fiji or your sofa. “Thirsty Thursdays -– the bar opens at 5pm every Thursday for a drink or an alternative soft drink of choice.
