The role requires strategic thinking, effective data analysis, and innovative marketing techniques to drive commercial success.The Senior Marketing Executive will:Manage the data research process with key stakeholders to target the right audience.Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify key levers.Execute effective email marketing, copywriting, data segmentation, and utilization.Leverage affiliate marketing through collaboration with speakers, sponsors, media partners, and associations.Implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.Allocate marketing budgets autonomously at the event level with managerial support.Attend weekly project team meetings and delegate core tasks to the Marketing Assistant team.Essential Skills:1+ years’ marketing experience in conferences or exhibitions.Proficiency in fulfilling marketing plans autonomously with managerial guidance.Effective time management and prioritisation of short and long-term projects.Strong written communication skills with the ability to apply copywriting principles.Basic data analysis skills to inform marketing campaign directions.We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants.
