Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer Milton Keynes £45,000 - 55,000 T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an innovative manufacturing business to help them to recruit a Quality Engineer. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and managing all systems and processes relating to customer, projects and some supplier quality. Key Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer * Management of quality systems and processes relating to customers, projects and supplier quality. * Raising of internal, supplier and customer non-conformance reports. * Creation and maintenance of both internal and external audit programmes. * Governance of NPI Process and management of NPI projects for all product lines. * Ensure all product quality needs are met and customer satisfaction. Requirements to be a successful Quality Engineer * Experience working as a Quality Engineer (3+ years desirable). * Knowledge of quality management systems and experience in the development and continual management. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. * Effective problem-solving skills. * Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject. Based from the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes this opportunity will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work on several exciting projects for a manufacturing business that work on projects for a variety of industries including motorsport, aerospace and marine. They have initially budgeted a salary of £50,000 for the role depending on experience level, with the package also including a Private Medical plan, a good holiday allowance growing with service and an option to join an Electrical Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme
