Design Manager/ Technical Manager

I am hiring for a Technical/ Design Manager for a regional contractor based in Poole. Typical projects will be RC frame buildings accomodations, with some high end residential projects too.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Design Management of up to circa 3 projects
• Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams

Requirements:

• You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size
• Office based but working on site when required
• Experience in a Design role with a main contractor
• Engineering, degree or Project Management background
• Proficient in Microsoft
