If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and loves the idea of seeing your concepts come to life, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage video projects from initial briefing through creative development, production, and delivery.Direct shoots and handle post-production editing.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.Collaborate with internal teams and manage resources to ensure project success on varying budgets. What We Are Looking For:Individuals who are hungry to develop, quick-thinking, self-motivated, and adept at working under pressure.A creative mindset with a passion for producing exceptional media content that breaks traditional boundaries.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.Excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour, and a collaborative spirit.Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.Proven track record in producing/directing successful media projects.Preferable to have driving license and access to vehicle for filming travel. Benefits:Flexible work-from-anywhere policy.
