We’re expanding our team and now have a new opportunity for a great OD Manager to support the Director of People to lead the team and support the organisation to achieve this. You will have experience of working in OD at a senior level with aspirations to develop into a director level role, and proven experience of leading impactful change / organisational development. You will need to be a resilient change agent with practical project management skills and a strong passion for creating and embedding opportunities for learning.
