We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Primary Teacher to join our team, ready to step in and provide high-quality education across various primary school settings in and around Uckfield. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable managing a variety of subjects and year groups, and can confidently maintain the continuity of learning when regular teachers are unavailable. Role Overview: The ideal candidate for this role must possess a flexible approach, as it may involve receiving early morning calls for same-day placements. Being available at short notice is crucial, as you may be asked to cover classes in different locations on any given day. Key Responsibilities: Quickly integrate into various school environments. Engage effectively with pupils and support their learning with enthusiasm and professionalism. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and adaptability in teaching methods. Foster a positive learning atmosphere for all students.Requirements: Availability for short-notice, same-day placements.
