Compliance ManagerLondon / Hybrid - £95,000We are seeking a knowledgeable Compliance Manager to provide the business with day-to-day advisory and oversight activities, assist in the delivery of the compliance plan and manage the compliance relationship with assigned managed client.Responsibilities:Support the Head of Compliance in delivering the compliance plan and reporting to boards and committees.Manage junior compliance team members, ensuring adherence to regulations.Analyze regulatory changes and update staff and clients.Review and develop compliance policies annually.Lead compliance meetings with clients, providing advice.Deliver compliance training to staff and clients.Provide sanctions advice within SLAs.Assist in onboarding new clients and transitioning exiting clients.Review risk controls quarterly and raise issues as needed.Prepare and submit regulatory returns.Participate in additional projects as they arise.Requirements:Strong knowledge of UK insurance regulation and experience with a Lloyd’s managing agent.Experience applying regulatory knowledge in an insurance business.Experience with sanctions referrals and conduct risk.Degree-level education preferred and ACII qualified or working towards it.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
