Management Accountant

An esteemed commercial property investment company with a multi-billion pound portfolio that spans London and large European cities are looking for a Management Accountant. This role is the perfect opportunity for a newly qualified accountant, looking for their first role in industry. Job Title: Management Accountant Salary: up to £60,000 Bonus Location: South West London - hybrid working The main responsibilities of the role are: Financial Reporting: Oversee quarterly financial close procedures, prepare reports, and analyse variances. Tax Compliance: Manage tax matters, including corporation tax returns and VAT/CIS returns. Forecasting: Forecast rental income and administrative overheads. Accounting and Consolidation: Maintain accounting records, prepare statutory accounts, and perform consolidations. Property Management and Treasury: Handle property management tasks, ensure treasury compliance, and coordinate with the treasury team. This role would suit someone who is: A fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA) and looking for their first role in industry Interested in the Real Estate sector, some experience working with Real Estate clients is beneficial Confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders at different levels A proactive individual, with good communication skills Please note applications are being considered on a rolling basis, and the company is actively interviewing.
