Management Accountant/Analyst

Reporting into the FD, you will act as their number 2 in a progressive and fast paced environment. This is an ideal role for a Management Accountant who is looking to work for a growing business with great long term career prospects. Whilst they are recruiting, they will consider looking at immediately available candidates who would consider a temp to perm position. What will the Management Accountant/Analyst role involve? Responsibility for the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Regularly compare actual performance against budget, identifying key variances and supporting corrective action where necessary. Lead the forecasting process, contributing to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business strategy and objectives. Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant/Analyst vacancy: Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager/Management Accountant role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing business environment. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software.
