Job DescriptionAvaloq Testing hands-on experience is mandatory to have in recent project.Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts.Customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts.Deliverables : Define Test Policy and Test Plan Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffingMonitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gatesReport progress to management and client Manage client relationship with appropriate communicationManage defects and Reporting Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusabilityManage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reportingDocument and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficienciesContribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes proceduresRequired knowledge in specific software or tools ,Must have: Working knowledge of MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office SuiteMust have: In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodologyExperience and strong knowledge of the banking and/or finance industry or other regulatory environmentsExperience with Avaloq banking system solutionNice to have: Experience of testing in Agile context: (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing)Required soft skills: Excellent presentation and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving competencesStructured and rigorous approach Team player and strong client-orientationAbility to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environmentWillingness to travel and work on-site with clientsRequirements:To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivityTo prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
