Facilities Manager

Overview:Cotswolds Designer Outlet, launching in 2025, is looking for an Operations Manager! We have partnered with Multi-Realm to find a strong fit to launch and forward manage the operations at this aspirational outlet in Tewkesbury.What you’ll be doing: Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Cotswolds Designer Outlet, encompassing all aspects of operations and facilities management.Pre-launch:Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to execute the phased launch strategy, ensuring alignment with premium brand standards.Mobilise the site by establishing service agreements with contractors and implementing robust health, safety, and crisis management protocols.Ensure compliance with head office policies and relevant regulations to maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.Procure and manage facilities management services and third-party suppliers to maintain high standards while optimising operational costs.Post-launch:Monitor and ensure the delivery of high standards in facilities management, working proactively with suppliers and site support staff.Oversee all facility and contractor management (hard and soft services) and health & safety to ensure a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers.Collaborate with Realm Head Office on operational projects aimed at enhancing the Centre.Support and deputize for the Centre Manager in managing relationships with retailers and stakeholders as required.Develop and drive the Centre’s ESG strategy across governance, workers, community, environment, and customer aspects.Why pursue this role?Join a ground-breaking designer outlet set to revolutionise the retail experience in the Southwest.Opportunity to grow into a more strategic leadership role with a focus on operational excellence.Gain valuable mentorship in the specialist field of premium outlets.Be part of launching a unique, aspirational designer outlet that sets new industry standards.The successful candidate will:Have a strong background in health & safety and service delivery, with a focus on premium standards.Demonstrate proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and contractor management across both hard and soft services.Previous experience in managing high-quality service delivery.The embodiment of Multi-Realm’s core values.Interested?
