Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, hosted on AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that meet business needs. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies within the team. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members. Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure timely delivery. What We're Looking For: Proven experience leading a software development team in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in Java and AWS technologies. Experience within the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of industry-specific requirements.
