Senior Campaign ExecutiveManchesterHybrid workingVery competitive salaryForward Role are working with a streetwear brand to recruit a Senior Campaign Executive to help create emotional connections that enhance brand awareness and market share as well as create a bond with their audiences.Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will use your campaign management expertise to develop the brand by delivering best in class marketing initiatives, positioning them as a market leading streetwear brand.You will manage and deliver unified campaigns in line the brand strategy by working with social media, multichannel (Paid, CRM, Digital, Trade), retail and buying and merchandising teams.You will be part of the central cog creating and implementing campaign & content activity to share with all relevant stakeholders (Retail, Web etc).You’ll need to be comfortable working to rigours brand standards, have a creative flare, plus superb organisational skills to excel in this role.Responsibilities:Plan, develop and execute the brands marketing requirements across all channelsCo-creation and active management of the brand’s calendar/schedule of omnichannel activityWork closely with internal stakeholders (buying, merchandising, retail, VM and multichannel) to optimise budget and deliver engaging campaigns & contentLead onthe day-to-day management and delivery of marketing campaigns ensuring close attention to detail. Example campaigns include Christmas, sale & store openings etcIdentify and execute key product focuses for each season and delivering relevant contentPlan and execute marketing events and activations as part of wider marketing initiativesDevelop and implement the appropriate processes and ways of working to set clear KPI’s and objectives to deliver campaigns on time, measure success and enhance the marketing performance. With a focus on ROI measurement and learnings to be integrated into future planning.Own creative development of campaigns working with internal and external creative teams ensuring all processes are met including creative briefing, time and cost management while safeguarding brand guidelines.Work on the upkeep of brand guidelines and updating the business of any relevant changesStock removals managementRegular retail store visits to assess and report on campaign effectiveness and identify ways in which marketing can support retail footfallManage point of sale (POS) rollouts, window installations and general retail commsUnderstand commercial goals for campaigns to deliver the right initiatives, allocate and track budgets and campaign resultsInfluencer ambassador managementExplore and identify opportunities to help improve the output of marketing campaignsWhat you will need:Relevant experience in a marketing roleStrong project management skills, with a history of managing internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated organisational, planning, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including in brief writing and presentingA high-level of accuracy and attention to detailMust be a team player, flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and driven, with the ability to manage own workloads to set deadlines.An understanding and interest in sports lifestyle & youth culture preferred
