At GXO, were looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Heineken contract in Southampton on a full time, permanent contract . Youll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday shift pattern, covering the hours of 09:30 17:30 . Please be advised you will be required to work 2 Saturdays during December this is to support business through the peak. What youll do on a typical day: Providing clear communication to both drivers and the customer via phone and email Conducting Driver de-briefs Updating and maintaining all KPI spreadsheets and producing accurate reports Managing Driver tachograph infringements Ensuring vehicle maintenance schedules are completed on time Supporting onsite team with other duties such as investigating stock discrepancies What you need to succeed at GXO: Transport administrator experience is a must Excellent organisation skills An understanding of tachograph regulations and working time directive Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to support and provide help to colleagues We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
