Repairs Supervisor

Fraser Edwards are working directly with a Social Housing Association to recruit for a Repairs Supervisor working within social housing across the Enfield and surrounding areas.

Basic Salary - £23.00- £29.00 Per Hour

Main Duties:

• Repairs Supervisor to cover team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
• To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and co-ordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades carpentry, plumbing decorating, plastering, and tiling.
• Carrying out toolbox talks and one to ones with operatives.
• Pre and Post inspections on tenanted properties.
• Managing void team ensure voids are delivered within time scale.
• Ensuing compliance of health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities are maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience within a Social Housing supervision role
• Full UK Manual Driving License
• 2+ Years Experience

Working Hours:

• Monday Friday
• 36 Hours Per Week
• 8am-4pm
• Contract Role (Temp-Perm)
