Procurement Lead - Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 - Up to 500 a day - REMOTE

Yolk Recruitment's Public Sector and Not-for-Profit team are looking for a seasoned Procurement Lead to join our client on a contract basis until the end of March 2025. This will be adhoc during the initial stage of the process and will be closer to full time early next year while as required by the work.

Our client is looking for someone to conduct an end-to-end procurement exercise on their behalf.

Deliverables:

• Liaise with our client requirement owners to collaboratively create full tender documentation for the procurement of commercial services.
• Conduct a full above threshold procurement including posting tender document to Sell2Wales, collecting bids, preparing and conducting evaluation, writing outcome letters and following internal governance processes.
• Create and finalise the contract for commercial services with the successful supplier.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Welsh Public Sector procurement.
• Seasoned procurement professional having managed several end-to-end above the threshold procurement exercises.
• Flexible in approach.

Reward

This work falls Outside IR35 with a day rate of up to 500 depending on experience.

Fully remote work (not to be completed outside of the UK).

This will be a 1 stage Teams based interview with an immediate start.
