Wireman Panel Builder Poynton Are you an experienced wireman looking for a new position? We are currently looking for you! An exciting electronics manufacturer are looking for a skilled wireman to join the team in Poynton. For this role you will need: The ability to understand, interpret and work in accordance with Engineering drawings, wiring schedules, wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and bespoke customer supplied assembly information. A minimum of 3 yrs experience in cabinet/rack/box wiring. IPC J-STD Certified would be a distinct advantage. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A good level of dexterity. A hardworking approach. A good level of housekeeping in the workplace.The role will involve: Complex cabinet/rack/box wiring using 22awg - 10awg cable/wire across Power, Data and RF functionalities. Use of various types of hand held crimp tools. Creation, routing and securing of multi-cable/wire harnesses and looms. The termination of various connector types such as - Multi-pin, 68999, RF, data, power and single wires, crimped and soldered.
