Ensure all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team. You will control a team of Technicians/valeters, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are met so delivery schedules are kept. Ensure workshop targets are being considered whilst customer satisfaction is priority. Working 75% as a productive technician. Workshop Controller Requirement: You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
