Expleo is a leading automotive engineering services provider. We work with some of the major providers and OEMs on their transformational projects. Due to a number of large projects increasing in size, we now have the need for CCF Systems Engineers with experience in delivering to meet customers expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Car Configuration File (CCF) rulesets to support vehicle production.
- Plan CCF changes against overall ruleset release timing plan.
- Maintain metrics for CCF eTracker completion against vehicle build phases and change points. Maintain CCF parameter lists and specifications.
- Develop and implement improved Processes and Standards for CCF.
- Support CCF transformation and prevent recurrence projects.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with function owners.
- Support Product Information, Electrical Integration with CCF related issue resolution
Essential Skills Needed:
- Must be capable of working under pressure.
- The ability to analyse a situation and identify the optimum containment action in the shortest possible time is critical to maintain production.
- Must be capable of analysing complex logic relationships.
- Basic programming skills and a demonstrate an aptitude to cross train to other languages.
- Capable of working without close supervision.
- Confident communicator. Most effective solutions will require give and take across the various teams involved.
- Some degree flexible hours working may be required due to the international nature of the business.
- Experience of dealing with remote teams in other countries
