A lovely Primary School in Cambourne is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their inclusive and supportive team. This role involves working one-on-one with a named child who is need of extra support within the classroom/ ***Learning Support Assistant - Primary School in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire ***Immediate Start ***Monday to Friday ***£85 - £95 per day depending on experience ***Providing one to one support This school offers a nurturing environment that caters to both the academic and personal growth of its students. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised assistance to a student offering guidance and encouragement to boost their confidence. Collaborate with educators to craft engaging and productive learning experiences. Foster an inviting and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assist in classroom management and implement behaviour strategies. Develop teaching resources to enhance the learning process. Adhere to the school's principles and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience supporting SEN students. Genuine passion for education and commitment to inspiring young minds. Strong communication abilities and adeptness in interacting with others. Patience and adaptability to excel in a dynamic classroom environment. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
