As an Endoscopy Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing quality planned care across the endoscopy patient pathway. Supporting and assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in managing and organising care within the endoscopy unit. Delivering quality care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. Participating in the improvement of Essential Quality Requirements and Best Practice standards. Extensive training and development opportunities. To be considered for the Endoscopy Nurse role, you should have: Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration. Competence and qualifications in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination. Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination. Teaching, assessing, or mentorship qualifications. Knowledge of standards and external bodies like CQC, GRS, JAG, HTM 01-06. ILS certification.
