An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proficient Personal Assistant to join a leading Charity. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Fundraising and Senior Leadership Teams. Client Details This company is a nationally recognised Charity supporting young people in poverty. Boasting a small team of like-minded individuals, this organisation prides itself on its commitment to those in need around London. Description Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. Manage diaries and coordinate meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organise travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Act as a liaison between management and other departments. Coordinate and manage special projects as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: Experience in the Not for Profit / Charity sector Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
