Electrical Design Engineer

Due to continued growth, we are hiring for an Electrical Design Engineer to support a rapidly growing manufacturing business, fast becoming market leaders in their field.  In this role, you will produce electrical drawings and panel layouts, with supporting electrical documentation (bill of materials, component lists, terminal rail layouts, cable schedules etc. Ensure all electrical drawings are up to date, keeping in line with project timelines. Ensuring consistency of preferred electrical devices in functional hardware Electrical drawings on AutoCAD and EPLAN Providing project based solutions to bespoke customer projects We are looking for someone who is formally qualified in Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering or equivalent, who has experience of working with AutoCAD/EPLAN and is used to working in a design led, manufacturing environment. There is significant scope for progression within the business so we are keen on getting individuals into the business who have longer term aspirations to move into management/more senior technical positions
