European Tech Recruitment Director - up to £110k base + comms + guarantees + LTIP
My client, a 70+ head recruitment group, are on the lookout for a hands-on Director to take over an existing team of 3, driving growth across Amsterdam & Germany.
This is an extremely unique opportunity to become the European MD for what was previously an industry leading Tech brand, prior to an aggresive merger & the downturn in the Tech market.
In this role, you will be focusing on the below
??
Developing & driving business strategy

Identifying the best markets & locations to invest growth within is down to you. You'll have autonomy and the backing to attack in the way you best see fit Hands-on
-
Given the current state of play, you will be expected to lead from the front with revenue generation GROWTH (and lots of it)

The European Tech practice will be the area with most investment and, with aims to 2x headcount & 3x NFI across the group, you will have A LOT of backing to play with

A minimum of 5-years European, Tech recruitment experience - ideally contract A proven track record of successfully scaling & managing established teams - with evidence of taking people from 'x' to 'y' in terms of their performance / careers An individual who is still hands-on & isn't phased about remaining so
