Operations Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated, strategic-thinker and committed Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions, streamline operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met at all times. Role Overview You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services across all our operations, from managing staff and resources to ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach. You will play a pivotal role in the continuous development and deployment of our technologies, driving significant impact within the dynamic and demanding healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership: • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, strategy and effectiveness in delivering our services. • Develop and implement operational processes to support business growth and service delivery. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service integration with our Video Care Management System. 2. Team Management: • Lead, manage, supervise and mentor the operational team. • Monitor staff performance, providing training and development as required. • Recruitment of staff. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • Maintain an up to date working knowledge of current legislation, regulation and legal requirements for the care industry. 3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and social care regulations. • Regularly review and improve service delivery, maintaining high standards. • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions where necessary. 4. Financial Management: • Effective, transparent and open communication with Director of Finance. • Manage and implement budgets, ensuring financial efficiency in all operations. • Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Assist in financial planning and forecasting for operational activities. 5. Client and Stakeholder Relations: • Act as the main point of contact for clients always ensuring first class outcomes and solutions. • Build, manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies. • Resolve any operational issues or concerns whilst communicating with the management team on progress and outcomes. 6. Technology and Innovation: • Collaborate closely with the IT and development teams to implement and optimize our Video Care Management System. • Identify opportunities to integrate technology into daily operations to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: • Business management degree or similar formal qualification. • Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally within the healthcare or care services industry. • Experience in the Care Management Software sector is an advantage. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • In-depth understanding of care regulations and compliance requirements in the UK. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using technology to improve operational efficiency. • A strategic thinker with an ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations
