Dental Nurse

Victoria Road Dental Practice is a well established modern practice with a great team. An exciting opportunity is now available for a part time qualified & GDC registered dental nurse to join our busy mixed practice. We are looking for a motivated, reliable team member who shows an excellent work ethic as well as high cross infection standards. Excellent renumeration will be offered based on leadership skills, experience and knowledge of the role. 22.5 - 30 hours from Monday - Friday, includes 1 late night working on a rota system. The role of a dental nurse includes the following: - Maintain excellent surgery stock control -Assist the dentist or hygienist by providing dental chairside support duties. -Show organisation, planning and be methodcail in their daily tasks. -Maintain high standards of cross infection following HTM105 guidelines -Follow all practice policies & procedures -Establish, promote and maintain productive working relationships with all of the dental team -Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties if required -Knowledge and application of a wide range of dental instruments & equipment relevant for dental procedures The ideal candidate will: - Knowledge and experience in Implants -Be motivated -Be flexible -Be a team player -Show excellent customer care -Is an excellent time keeper -Be organised & methodical in their daily duties -Has excellent & caring communication skills Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From £13.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week Benefits: * Company pension Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Dental Nursing: 2 years (required) * Implants: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: AB
