You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to design and implement robust solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and business growth. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. Responsibilities: 1. Systems Architecture: o Evaluate and enhance existing systems architecture to align with business goals. o Design end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with our manufacturing processes. o Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all technology components. 2. ERP Design and Implementation: o Leverage your experience in ERP design and implementation programs across manufacturing organisations. o Collaborate with stakeholders to define procedures and document new processes for the ERP solution. 3. Technical Leadership: o Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges. o Lead discussions to shape long-term technology strategies. o Guide teams on trade-offs between short-term fixes and extensible, scalable solutions. 4. Solution Design: o Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, considering both functional and non- functional aspects. o Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation. 5. Innovation and Best Practices: o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. o Drive innovation by proposing new solutions and approaches. o Champion the adoption of cloud-based services and modern architectures. 6. Vendor Management: o Evaluate third-party solutions and manage vendor relationships. o Ensure alignment with our business objectives and technical standards. 7. Documentation and Training: o Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and guidelines. o Provide training to internal teams on solution components and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions, D365, ERP/MRP, cloud technologies, Azure, Power Platform. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Certifications such as TOGAF are a plus. General Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality. Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
