Structured Cabling Engineer

Structured Cabling Engineer contract in Lincolnshire DCS Recruitment currently seek experienced data cabling engineers in Immingham on behalf of a national client. Vacancies: 1 WC 14/10/2024 Duration: 1 week minimum, M-F Working up to 8 hours on night shifts, starting 8pm Responsibilities and desired experience: Installation of data cabling including pulling, terminating, and testing various structured cabling - CAT5/5E, CAT6/6A, CAT7 - and equipment such as APs and EPOS systems Installation of relevant containment in a commercial, retail setting Safe provision and use of own hand/power tools, and termination kitThe ideal candidate will: Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card Have a minimum of 2 years comms industry experience Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start IPAF is advantageous but not essentialCall Melanie on (phone number removed) (option 2) or apply online to receive a call back.
