Candidates must have broad experience of delivering projects of £10M+ preferably within high-end interior fit-out. Main responsibility for the delivery of projects safely, on programme, within budget. Day to Day: Develop relationships with clients and managing their requirements and expectations. Lead the project team during the pre-construction and construction phases of the project. Develop a detailed, co-ordinated project plan and ensure the necessary resources are organised to meet the plan. Ensure the project is delivered within budget. Effective management of project resources. Monitor the financial performance of the project. Proactively contribute to value engineering to maximise project contribution. Experience: Degree educated in Construction related degree. Extensive experience of delivering projects of £10M+. Highly experienced in high-end interior fit-out. Strong strategic commercial acumen and the ability to add value and optimise profits. Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
