A well-established engineering firm based in the heart of Suffolk are currently on the hunt for multiple MIG Welders to join their diverse team. This dynamic role involves a mix of material prep, fabrication, welding, and assembly work in the factory. You'll also have the chance to occasionally visit customer sites for installations, adding variety to your day-to-day.
MIG Welder Duties:
- MIG welding of projects for various industries
- Fabrication of stainless and mild steel components
- Working from technical drawings
- Quality checking welds to ensure a clean finish
- Helping out in other parts of the workshop when required
- Manual handling & heavy lifting will be involved
- Having a FLT licence would be beneficial
- Have a flexible approach to work including overtime when required
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
