We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales whose expertise and leadership will help drive a new phase of growth at Blue Cube. About Blue Cube:We are an established specialist in portable cold storage, renowned for our tailored service and dedicated support.Now is a pivotal time for our business, as we evolve from the traditional rental model to an innovative ‘equipment as a service’ approach.We have just launched a new market-leading blast freezer, InnoBlast™, which in customer trials reduced costs by more than 10 per cent – a figure that could translate to tens of thousands of pounds annually. Our equipment plans for 2025 include additional ESG elements such as wind turbines, EV charge points, battery storage and heat recovery. About this opportunity:We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned leader with: Proven track record: Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager or Sales Director, ideally within a specialist capital equipment rental business such as power generation, welfare units, cold chain, event equipment, or specialist installed equipment with a power sourceIndustry insight: Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial Business Development: Demonstrated success in building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple marketsInnovative Approach: Ability to thrive without the support structures of a larger corporate environment and achieve outstanding resultsLeadership Qualities: Positive communication skills, exceptional leadership, and the ability to cultivate and enhance our team cultureStrategic Thinker: High intellectual capacity with a proactive, common-sense approachCustomer-Centric: Willingness to be customer-facing and driven by opportunities to grow the businessEnergetic and Resilient: A self-starter who is energetic, creative, resilient, and tenacious, with a strong commercial and financial acumenDecision-Maker: Confident in making decisions quickly and operating at pace.As our Head of Sales you will: Own the Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team to achieve set targetsConsultative Approach: Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach rather than a price-focused strategyClient Engagement: Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travelProximity to Head Office: Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford.Application Process:Send your CV to [email protected]
