Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients and market segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and manage client accounts to enhance relationships and maximize sales potential.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and pursue ambitious sales goals, making a minimum of five appointments weekly with potential clients.
  • Networking and Representation: Attend client visits, networking events, and trade shows to represent the organization and build connections.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop and present compelling proposals for corporate events, ensuring they meet client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients to secure business agreements effectively.
  • Revenue Maximization: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client experiences.

Other:


This is a fantastic role offering a salary of £28k - £30k (DOE) and a team performance related bonus, paid quarterly (approx £3-£4k per qtr). Great benefits, including:
