Senior Benefits Analyst - 12 month ftc - Entertainment

Handle are working with a leading entertainment company to bring a Senior Benefits Analyst to their team on a 12m maternity cover. This company have a fantastic benefits offering, so it is a great time to join and further this! With the current analyst going on leave in November, this will be a standalone role focusing solely on benefits, feeding into the wider Comp & Bens team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a UK focused benefits role, with exposure to a full year benefits cycle. Experience with

Benefex

would be preferred.

As well as the benefits experience they are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with all levels in the business over both email and face to face. This role does play a part in the inductions for new starters and requires either face to face or virtual meetings to talk through benefit options, the benefits portal and answer any other queries. They're a fairly lean team in the UK and quite close knit. All very welcoming and friendly, and a mixture of corporate and media culture.

They are based in their central London office 4 days a week with fantastic annual leave and added incentives around rest and well-being.

They are looking for someone who will be available

to start before November

to allow for a decent handover.
