Job Title: GP Practice Receptionist - Locum

Location: South West London

Position: Temporary (Ongoing) – with an opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible)

Rate: £14.50 - £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: November 2023 (ASAP)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced GP Practice Receptionist for a locum position in South West London. The successful candidate will support the practice with administrative tasks and provide excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointments and enquiries Maintain patient records and documentation using Docman Ensure smooth daily operations of the reception area Handle telephone calls and direct them appropriately Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within a GP practice Proficient in using Docman software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly within the provided hours Benefits:
