Key Responsibilities: As the Strategic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting new product sales throughout the nationwide customer base to deepen understanding of the company's extensive product offering.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to deliver a multi-channel approach that enhances customer experience.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
- Regularly reporting on account performance and pipeline to senior management.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the full product offering and increasing awareness throughout the branch network.
- Technical sales experience, with a focus on engineered products and consumables.
- Ideally, an engineering qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
