We are seeking a qualified Securitisations Lawyer to join our client, a British law firm, on a secondee basis to cover the second part of a maternity leave. This role requires general securitisations experience and will involve working closely with an in-house client, a global bank.
Location: London (2 days in the office per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise in securitisations and related finance transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal support.
- Manage transactions effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
- Must be E&W or French qualified with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven experience in securitisations or relevant fields such as Funds Finance or Lending.
- Ability to work in London at least twice a week.
Nice to Haves:
- Additional experience in financial law or related sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
