Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Maldron Hotel Newcastle We have an exciting new vacancy for Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Maldron Newcastle. We are looking for a talented individual with supervisory experience in Food and Beverage. Located on Newgate Street, Maldron Newcastle is in the heart of the city, providing a central location for guests who are looking for stylish and comfortable accommodation with Newcastle City at their doorstep. Key Duties and Responsibilities Support the F&B Manager. People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees. Occasionally cover Duty Manager shifts. Target setting and supporting the team to achieving targets. Requirements: Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team. Proven leadership skills. High standards and attention to detail. A focus on our customers, making sure that they are catered for, in the best possibly way.
